PSN Game Review Part Deux – Journey
Games as art? A lot of hyperbole gets written about videogames. Being no stranger to this I’ll admit I do succumb to the odd hyperbolic statement. PS3 Game Review – Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City
So far this year we’ve seen Resident Evil: Revelations on the 3DS and coming in November is the next official chapter in the Resident Evil cannon, Resident Evil 6. 3DS Game Review: Mario & Sonic At The London 2012 Olympic Games
In total, I spent eight hours, seven minutes and 33 seconds, playing SEGA’s newest ‘game’, Mario & Sonic At The London 2012 Olympic Games. If the actual Olympic Games are even remotely similar to this incredibly saccharine ‘game’, then London’s suicide rate is set to soar.
PSP Review – Trails in the Sky
Your main character is an upbeat ditzy girl named Estelle Bright and this in itself is a rather non-conventional element for not only a JRPG, (Japanese RPG), but for video games in general. Female lead characters are still the minority so it not only brings a more refreshing perspective but it helps appeal to female players.
PS3 Game Review: The Darkness II
The demonic Italian-American gangster Jackie Estacado returns in The Darkness II. Set two years after the first game, we find Estacado as Mafia crime boss, but when he’s attacked by a new enemy, Jackie must call upon the demonic force which has lied dormant inside of him.
